Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pocatello

I was so impressed with this hotel! It is 6 years old, but it looked like it had new been newly renovated. It felt clean and fresh, the carpet was beautiful, the elevator was clean also. I loved the room, we had two queen beds, and a pull out sofa. One of the best parts was the desk was actually a rolling table and we were able to move it to where we needed to so we could eat our late dinner on it! The bathroom was updated and very clean. Great job everyone!

Really enjoyed this property and was very pleased with the service, especially Maria, who works the breakfast shift. She was so kind and attentive and very personable. It's a pleasure to run across someone who acts like they actually enjoy their job. I also had the opportunity to speak with Shauna (manager) who was very customer service oriented and pleasant to speak with. We will stay at this location again because of the service, the nice breakfast, and the size of the rooms. The location was perfect for where we wanted to be. Great job!

This is a beautiful hotel! My dad used points to book this hotel and I'm so happy he did :) we went for my grandpa's funeral and the front desk gal (I should've asked for her name, dang it!) was courteous and realized my dad accidentally booked for a one bed for us girls instead of two, so she corrected it for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel! The workout room has a water station with filtered water! It was nice to be able to refill my water and enjoy the view! It's right next door to a residential neighborhood and honestly, my little sister and I went for a walk and felt more at home. The breakfast is pretty yummy! Free bacon!! The eggs I think come from a carton because they're really salty, so be aware if you have high blood pressure. They offer drinks like juices (cranberry, apple and orange) and they have other drinks like milk, bottled orange juice and milks :) they also have yogurt! They don't offer any dairy-free varieties though. They even offered a computer to use if you need! The location is exceptional! The Maverick has almost all your needs and you're able to walk downhill to grab things you may have forgotten 😁

My only complaint with this motel was. They did not inform us Overlaying their parking lot, therefore making it more of a challenge to navigate to the Front Door Since No Direct Access Was available, mobility issues and vision issues. You would easily be out in the wet tar. And have it on you getting to the front door that would have been nice to know ahead of time or at least offered A bit of conversation on account that on their key, it does say satisfaction guaranteed or it will be made right. The staff everybody that was encountered, employee wise were fantastic and very amenable. The rooms were clean, come. Frwe would definitely stay here again. Just wish we didn't know that there was a high chance of getting tar on mobility aides
